Coaching is a symbiotic and egalitarian professional relationship, in which the coach walks side by side with the client in a journey of discovery, empowerment, and dynamic goal-setting.

Coaching can be conducted face to face, or via video or telephone call. Coaches generally work with individual clients, however group coaching can be an affordable method for several individuals to receive coaching and peer support, especially when the group members are seeking similar outcomes.

In the course of a coaching relationship, clients receive support in rigorous self-assessment, the creation of exciting and life-affirming goals, and decisions regarding the path that will be taken in pursuit of those goals. Accountability is an enormous benefit of coaching, and many clients find that reporting his or her progress to the coach can be a powerful incentive.

Career coaching is a very specific type of coaching, and I’m well-versed in the art and science of guiding my clients on what can sometimes appear to be a rocky road indeed, whether for seasoned nurses or the new graduate.

I am also a skilled life coach, health and wellness coach, writing/blogging coach, and social media coach.

I look forward to speaking to you soon about the possibilities of working and playing together along your personal and professional journey!
