Candy Campbell, DNP, RN, CNL, CEP, FNAP, is an international speaker, award winning actor, author, and filmmaker. She works with individuals and corporations to improve leadership, interprofessional communication, and team development.
As a media and presentation coach, Dr. Campbell was featured in Forbes magazine and has appeared as a guest on many media outlets. She was president of the National Speakers Association Northern California and is presently Dean of their Speakers Academy.
As an actress, she has appeared on stage, screen, TV, commercials, voice-overs, and the internet.
Candy’s articles regarding her doctoral communication studies and clinical research around maternal-child health and education topics have been published in popular and peer reviewed journals.
She co-founded an improv and standup comedy troupe, The Barely Insane Players, which led to the creation of three acclaimed solo shows, each one around an aspect of nursing and healthcare. The latest is: Florence Nightingale-Live! which has been performed with rave reviews in four countries…so far!
Dr. Campbell is also professor emerita at the University of San Francisco.
