On episode 298 of The Nurse Keith Show career and healthcare podcast, Keith interviews Tanya Freedman of Connetics USA regarding the process by which international nurses can be brought to the United States in order to bolster our healthcare system and relieve acute shortages of nurses when we need it most.

Tanya Freedman is an industry expert with more than 25+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience. She is the Chief Operating Officer of Connetics USA, the premier specialist helping healthcare facilities throughout the USA with the serious nursing shortage, by providing internationally educated healthcare professionals for direct hire. For the last 13+ years, she has successfully placed thousands of experienced RNs at acute care hospitals, surgery centers, long-term care / skilled nursing, rehab facilities, and correctional organizations throughout America.
