Create Your Nursing Tribe, The Nurse Keith Show, EPS 52

On episode 52 of The Nurse Keith Show, holistic career coach Keith “Nurse Keith” Carlson discusses how important it is to create a tribe that can truly support you throughout your nursing career.

Tribal societies rely on collectivism and a sense of unity that elevate every member. The tribe protects and provides shelter for one another, cares for its elders and children, and otherwise thinks in terms of the good of the whole.

Nursing isn’t an easy road, and nurses need support from family, friends, and colleagues in order to succeed and be happy. Creating your own tribe is one way to get there.

This episode is generously brought to you by the good folks at American Sentinel University, where they offer an impressive array of online degree programs for nurses, including RN to BSN, RN to BSN/MSN, and DNP.

Keith is a holistic career coach for nurses, as well as a professional podcaster, published author, inspiring speaker, and successful nurse entrepreneur.
