On episode 463 of The Nurse Keith Show nursing and healthcare career podcast, Keith interviews Ryan Lee, the CEO and Co-Founder of HireMe Healthcare, and Denise Jones, the Director of Nurse Relations and also Co-Founder of HireMe Healthcare.

In the course of their conversation, Keith and his guests discuss how the matching technologies demonstrated by dating apps can be leveraged to find the perfect job match for nursing professionals and the organizations who employ them. Also discussed is the rebuilding of trust in healthcare hiring by promoting transparency, efficiency, and the empowerment of job-seeking nurses.

With a remarkable background in healthcare and a passion for revolutionizing the industry, Ryan Lee has extensive experience as a startup founder, investor, leader, and advisor that has equipped him to tackle the nursing staffing shortage crisis and enhance healthcare accessibility by addressing operational inefficiencies. He’s led diverse endeavors, from designing a clean energy startup for refugees to his unwavering pursuit of healthcare as a fundamental human right.

Denise Jones Nice is the Director of Nurse Relations and a Co-Founder at HireMe Healthcare, where she thrives on building relationships with the nurse community and helping them solve their biggest challenges. Denise has firsthand experience working as a CNA in a large hospital. After graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelors in Science, Denise wanted to be in a clinical role.
